Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Coffinity mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application"), developed and provided by Emre Canpolat (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service intended for use “AS IS”.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes or updates.

Usage Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application or its content.

• Attempt to extract the source code, decompile, or reverse engineer the Application.

• Translate the Application into other languages or create derivative versions.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Data and Permissions

The Application may request access to specific features on your device, including but not limited to:

• Location Services – for features such as maps or location-based personalization

• Camera – for QR code scanning.

• Network Access – for syncing data and accessing third-party services.

• Google Sign-In – for user authentication.

Collected data may be used to provide and improve the service, and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using the Application, you also agree to the terms of those services.

Third-party services used include, but are not limited to:

• Google Play Services

• Google Sign-In

• Google Maps Platform

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party services.

Device Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains functional and charged. The Service Provider is not liable for any inability to access the Application due to device issues such as battery failure, software modifications, or hardware faults.

Rooting or jailbreaking your device (removing manufacturer-imposed restrictions) is discouraged, as it may compromise device security and prevent the Application from functioning properly.

Updates and Termination

The Application may be updated occasionally to improve performance, add features, or ensure compatibility with operating systems. You agree to accept all updates provided to you.

The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the Application at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Application ends immediately

• You must delete the Application from your device

Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and functioning, no guarantees are made regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

You acknowledge that the Application may rely on data and services from third parties. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from errors, omissions, or unavailability of the Application or associated services.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of any updated terms.
